I Donwanna Go!

I leave tomorrow for my monthly animal transport to New York.

This seems to be what I have to look forward to on most of the trip.

I am really fucking excited about it, too.

Can you picture the Enxyte Guy?

That‘s my smile when I think about this trip.

I tried to get out of it, but the snow birds who live in the stuff said it wasn’t too bad, and they have people lined up to receive the dogs and puppies when I get there. In other words, don’t be a pussy and come on up. I’m a pussy! I donwanna!

The only saving grace is, if I get stuck or snow bound, I have a van full of dogs to eat. I won’t starve.

  2. The picture looks nice, of the snow that is. LOL! But I never see snow, I live in a desert.

So what is it you do that you transport animals?

  3. Christiejolu, My step-daughter is a veterinarian and does animal rescue. She goes to shelters all over North Georgia and performs low cost spay and neutering. While she is there she checks out the dogs and puppies scheduled to be euthanized and picks out the ones that are adoptable.

New York has strict animal control laws and there just aren’t that many loose strays to be adopted. I deliver the dogs she saves to three no-kill shelters. Most are already adopted by the time I get there.

You can have any of the snow I will be going through any time you want it.

Matty, I hope and pray I don’t need one. Just an Econoline van.

  7. Dogs to eat? Wow, that's desperation... Let's hope it doesn't come to that.

  8. Smiling John? *snicker* Seriously, I hope you make it up here before the snow hits the fan, but looking at your time frame...I'm guessing you're in it now. Be safe.

  10. Be careful out there. See I'm a baby when it comes to snow. Could be that we don't hardly get any but I'd stay home. Screw that. Good luck on your trip.
