Selling my house in this market seemed up to now like such an absurd notion. But considering this particular real estate agency has such an appealing sale's guarantee, I'm seriously reconsidering my original hesitation. Seems that this agency has a "One Stop" philosophy, considering that there are at least two males in the photograph. Nothing like recognizing a nitch market and filling it!
Ok, now that real estate course lost it's appeal...

For the love of God, people, it's only been two days and my legs are so week I can hardly standup. They mean what they say and I am worn out. I’m an old man, ya know. What I am doing normally once a week, give or take a few days, is happening everyday. My hands are shaking so much I can hardly post.
