How Ironic ..
The Sierra Club and the U.S. Forest Service were presenting an alternative to Wyoming ranchers for controlling the coyote population. It seems that after years of the ranchers using the tried and true methods of shooting and/or trapping the predators, the tree-huggers had a ‘more humane’ solution.
What they proposed was for the animals to be captured alive; the males would then be castrated and released. Therefore the population would be controlled.
This was ACTUALLY proposed to the Wyoming Wool and Sheep Grower's Association by the Sierra Club and the USFS.
All of the ranchers thought about this amazing idea for a couple of minutes. Finally, an old rancher in the back of the conference room stood up, tipped his hat back and said, "Son, I don't think you understand our problem.
Those coyotes ain't fuckin' our sheep - they're eatin' 'em!'..."

HA HA HA HA HA!
I really like this one.
I'll bet the coyotes are fucking the sheep before they eat them.
Perhaps sheep lie, but a dead sheep tells no tales.
I live in the heart of some coyote problems. My husband goes out and hunts them when he has time.
People think it's cruel, but they are so over populated, and they are starving to death, they come into the town and eat peoples small dogs and cats.
LOL! ROTFLOL! Tee hee!
hahahahahahaha!
FUNNY :-D
to post your VISUAL DNA thing:
Click on "get a widget", click on the shape you want (probably the first one) and some code will appear in the box on the right.
Click in the box. hit ctl-A (select all) then ctl-C (copy) and that will copy it.
Go to your blog and click "new post"
click "edit html" at the top right of the tan part of the window you type into.
then click ctl-V (paste) and then post. If you want to make comments, you have to do it in the html window.
Later, click compose to get back to the normal window.
It sounds like a lot but the whole thing will take less than 2 minutes.
If you want to put it in your side bar instead of as a post, let me know, and I will tell you what to do.
@ burfica
By that same logic shouldn't we be hunting and killing people in over populated areas where they are starving to death and or stealing things to eat?
I'm not trying to start a fuss I'm just saying thats not a fair argument, the simple truth is the critters are affecting the ranchers livelihood and need to be controlled and hunting them is the most effective way.
I also think that every kill should be donated to a charity that would process it and send it to a third world country where they would love to have coyote for supper...meat is meat when your starving.
Simple cowboy wisdom.
