One Way I'll Never Make A Living

If you have a problem with heights, this will be hard to watch.  I don't and it was still hard to watch.

How much money does he make and how often does he have to climb those things? I'm an admitted pussy, folks. I could never do anything like this. Not jsut because of the surpurb shape you have to be in or the knowledge you have to have, but because I am guilty of always stepping back to admire my work.

Can you imagine how strong his legs are? You can see his arms are pretty taught. And what if he develops a case if diarrhea while he's up there? Nope! I'll just stick to my dream of being a quality control manager in a Las Vegas Whore House, thank you very much.

My husband used to do a lot of high angle work around here when he was younger....climbed the light towers at the stadium to install new lights rather than use a basket truck....rapelled down the rock face of a quarry with a backpack full of dynamite to blast loose rock....came off the roof of highrise buildings to point the brick rather than use scaffold. I made him quit when he hit his mid 40's and I watched him puke from the strain of the climb. He has ALWAYS wanted to climb one of those towers. Man's an idiot. LOL

That almost made me ill. Would a parachute be part of their wardrobe? I can't even get up on the high diving board at the pool. And I'm not really afraid of heights.

Not for me either! My FIL and his brother used to inspect bridges by climbing on them. *shudder* I can't even imagine.

Apparently, I don't like virtual heights. That made me so queasy, I had to turn off the video before it was finished!
