I'm Proud

A recent study found the average American walks about 900 miles per year.

Another study found Americans drink, on average, 22 gallons of beer a year.

That means, on average, Americans get about 41 miles to the gallon.

Kind of makes you proud to be an American.

And when you consider all the weaving, we probably walked more than that.

I'm doing much better than average. I may be average on the mileage, but my annual beer consumption is around 3 gallons. :-)

Wow, if I could just get a car that gets that kind of mileage! Or a man, for that matter! (hee, hee)

they only walk that much cuz all that beer makes them have to pee more, so more trips to the john. hehehehe

If you drink Canadian beer you can still get the same 5.6 km/litre, plus have a litre or two of methane left over for entertainment value.

I get a lot more than the average.

I drink one or two beers a month and walk much more than average American, so boy is my mileage good. LOL! :-D

Any statistics and riding mileage, LOL?
