Thank you for serving your country!Secretia
My stepdad's a retired 24-year career submariner. I almost did it myself but opted for the Army instead. As a kid my first job was at the base O-Club at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and it was fascinating hosting the annual Submarine Balls, with a couple Medal of Honor recipients in attendance. I got to meet Ned Beach there when I was 17.

Secretia, thank you, but serve is all I did. Not like some of the guys are doing now.Steve, that is awesome and thank you and your dad for serving - even though you went the dirt pounding way. :)Pamela, hubs should smile and be proud. I am for him.
Awwww. Reminds me of an old Seabie (sp?) I used to work with back in a nursing home in PA. He was a WW2 Vet. Thanks for your service and all that you do for those serving and their families. xoxo
